Reservation Fee and Insurance Info

To help us provide the best availability and care for all patients, all appointments require a $50 reservation fee to secure your scheduled time.

We work with many patients who have dental insurance, but coverage varies depending on your individual plan.

  • We participate with UPMC Dental Advantage and BAI
  • Payments due at time of service (unless UPMC Dental Advantage or BAI)
  • 3% service fee on credit card payments
  • TMJ CBCT scans are not covered under dental or medical insurance and it will be an out of pocket cost at time of service
