Important Insurance Info for 2025

  • Starting January 1, 2025 , unless you are insured by UPMC Dental Advantage or BAI, payment will be required at the time of service, including for cleanings.
    • As of June 18th, 2025, we will no longer be participating with United Concordia.
    • As of August 1st, 2025, we will no longer be participating with Cigna PPO.
  • Starting January 1, 2025, a 3% service fee will be applied to all payments made by card .
  • Patients must confirm their appointments in advance to avoid cancellations. If an appointment is canceled due to lack of confirmation, patients will need to call and reschedule.
